After a summer of alcohol, parties and way too much indulging I felt I NEEDED to do this, and I'm really glad I succeeded, with no cheating! I feel lighter and less bloated and my eyes are clearer than they've been in ages. I've lost 1kg, but still experiencing a bit of lethargy. The break from food made me realise how I think and plan my life around food way too much. Will definitely be making some permanent changes to my diet after this. Would recommend to anyone looking to kick start a new healthier way of eating and living.
