My video review is posted on the community page... As for my cleanse it was great! I had just gotten back from 4 weeks in the USA so I thought my body could use some TLC. The cleanse arrived on time and I was very excited to begin. Overall the first day was the hardest but I got used to it and it wasn't bad. I love love loved the soup. I can eat that everyday. None of the juices were hard to drink and my skin is now great!
