I loved the Urban Remedy cleanse and am feeling truly "reset." I couldn't stomach two of the juices (turns out I'm not a fan of mint) however I loved the rest. If I could buy juices 5&6 I would live off them. It's definitely a challenge but the benefits (clear head, loads of energy, bright eyes and skin, improved sleep and yes a touch of weight loss) are worth it! I was honestly NOT hungry and had only minimal cravings. Since the cleanse, I have found a definite decrease in sugar/fatty food cravings. Thanks Urban Remedy, I'll be back!

I've just completed my 2nd level 3 cleanse. I'm a fan!! I think the juices are great and the program gives my digestion an easy break and redirects me back to a healthier eating regime... I love the tips and pep emails too. Very supportive. Thank you Laura!

The detox was very convenient, the delivery and labeling of the juices made the program incredibly easy. However, for the price, this detox is not very good value. The juices were mostly bad tasting, although a couple weren't too bad. The cacao juice was sour for 4 of the days, and undrinkable. There were no symptoms present. I have not lost any weight, and do not feel any better after completing the 5 days. I would not order again.
